WWE Has Picked Up The Bill For Impact Wrestling Stars’ Rehab

By | November 28, 2021

Jon Moxley debuted at AEW Double Or Nothing 2019 and became one of the mainstays of the company since then. He is also confident when it comes to AEW getting more fans thanks to its diverse product. It seems WWE has paid the bill for Impact Wrestling stars’ rehab.

Jon Moxley’s body underwent a lot of wear and tear over the years of him competing in various violent matches. It led to him developing an addiction to Alcohol. Due to this, Moxley was entered into a rehab program.

According to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio, it was said that WWE would have even paid for Jon Moxley’s rehab as it was the nature of their policy. He then stated that WWE has paid for talents when they were in Impact Wrestling.

“Yes, I think, even in fact, they would [pay for Moxley’s rehab] because that’s the nature of the policy. Because they have definitely paid for people when they’ve been in Impact. They haven’t paid for the rehab of anyone in AEW that I know of, but they have definitely paid for Impact, you know, which is the rival promotion.”

Tony Khan previously stated that Jon Moxley is doing better every day. Jon Moxley received a lot of support from fans and the entire pro wrestling world. We certainly hope Jon Moxley will be able to conquer his demons and come back a whole new person with a new lease on life.
