USFL uniforms revealed: Here are the jerseys for all eight teams in 2022

The return of the USFL is fast approaching, and the league is finally starting to reveal some of the details surrounding its first season in nearly 40 years.

We already know who will be coaching each team. We know their designated locations as well, though all games will be played in Birmingham, Alabama, during the league’s first season. The initial rosters for each team will be revealed during the USFL Draft, which is set for Feb. 22 and 23.

But now, we know one of the most important things that fans are going to be focused on ahead of the season: the uniforms.

The USFL is revealing the uniforms for each of its eight teams throughout the day on Thursday, Feb. 17. They began by revealing the Birmingham Stallions’ uniform at 8 a.m. ET and will finish the day by revealing the New Orleans Breakers’ uniform at 3 p.m. ET.

Each of the USFL’s teams had some history to work off, as the eight franchises were all a part of the league during the 1980s. But will their uniforms match the uniforms of old? It’s a question that many have been pondering ahead of the league’s late-April start date.
