The 14-time world champion took to social media and he responded to fans and peers following the shocker of an announcement that he was retiring from pro wrestling. The response to his retirement news was overwhelming.
The real-life Paul Levesque prefaced the statement with a quote from American novelist Louis L’Amour. He said he was truly humbled by all the calls, texts and posts from from family, friends, fans, colleagues and peers.
