Cody Rhodes Replaces Roman Reigns On Hell In A Cell Poster

By | May 13, 2022

Roman Reigns finished WrestleMania season strong with a victory over WWE Champion Brock Lesnar to become the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion. The Bloodline dominated “RK-McBro” in a six-man tag team match this past Sunday At WrestleMania Backlash. It doesn’t appear the Tribal Chief is working next month’s premium live event.

Reigns recently signed a new deal with the company that allows him to work fewer dates than he originally did. The Tribal Chief was also removed from the Hell in a Cell poster put out by WWE ahead of their June 5th premium live event.

The 2022 Hell in a Cell takes place at the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Illinois. WWE recently unveiled a new poster for the premium live event. Roman Reigns is not on the graphic as he has been replaced by Cody Rhodes. Ronda Rousey, Bianca Belair, Edge, Bobby Lashley, Becky, Lynch, Drew McIntyre, and Seth Rollins are still on the poster.

Reigns will be working several premium live events throughout the Summer. That said, it will only be for major builds. Reigns is also expected to have a reduced television schedule, as well. Who do you want to see challenge Reigns for the title next?
