Suns vs. Clippers schedule: Updated scores, results and bracket for 2023 NBA Playoffs first round series

By | April 16, 2023

Kevin Durant is looking to put his tumultuous tenure with the Brooklyn Nets behind him and mark a new chapter with the Phoenix Suns.

At the trade deadline Durant joined Devin Booker, Chris Paul and De’Andre Ayton in Phoenix and the Suns shot to Western Conference favoritism.

The Los Angeles Clippers flew under the radar in the regular season, pacing themselves to the 5th seed in the West. But don’t be fooled, the Clippers pack a punch with the likes of two-time NBA Champion Kawhi Leonard and Russell Westbrook.

The only problem for the Clippers is Paul George will miss the start of this series, and possibly the entire first round, with a sprained right knee.

Predictably, the Clippers are a better team with George and Leonard on the floor simultaneously. With both superstars in uniform, L.A.’s net rating jumps up to 7.9 as opposed to 3.1 with just Leonard suiting up.

Will Durant and the Suns forge a fast Playoff chemistry? Or can the Clippers ride their two-time Finals MVP into the second round?

Here’s everything you need to know to watch Suns vs. Clippers in the first round of the 2023 NBA Playoffs.
