With some of the biggest names in combat sports fighting, Bare Knuckle FC 41 is looking like it could be an evening to remember. The main event will be former UFC stars Mike Perry and Luke Rockhold facing off in light heavyweight action.

BKFC 41 takes place at the 1stBank Center in Colorado and airs on FITE, BKFC.com, and PPV.com on April 29.

Rockhold, a former Strikeforce and UFC middleweight champion, has been fighting since 2007. The California native left the UFC after August 2022 on a three-fight losing streak. Beating the likes of Ronaldo Souza, Michael Bisping, Lyoto Machida, and Chris Weidman, the 38-year-old is ready for the next chapter of his career, starting with his BKFC debut.

BKFC 41: Mike Perry vs. Luke Rockhold results, highlights

Ben Rothwell’s brutal clinch assault halts Josh Watson after three rounds

10:43 p.m. ET: And that’s it! The third round was even worse for Watson as Rothwell delivered a brutal body assault using the clinch. It’s remarkable that Watson managed to stay on his feet as Watson drilled him to the body and head with all of his weight. Big Ben is going to be a problem for this division.

10:38 p.m. ET: A very entertaining heavyweight scrap after two rounds that is seeing Rothwell begin to take over. After a competitive opening frame that saw Rothwell get cut from the first clean punch landed, Rotherwell was a man on a mission in the second. A right hand over the top dropped Watson midway through the round and then the big man poured it on with great body work to close the round. Can Watson survive the third?

10:25 p.m. ET: Ben Rothwell is set for his second BKFC fight as he takes on Josh Watson next. Can the former UFC fighter continue his winning ways?

10:21 p.m. ET: Chris Camozzi improved to 2-0 in BKFC with his second consecutive first round knockout against Dan Spohn. Spohn had absolutely nothing for Camozzi and tasted the canvas three times in the first round. Camozzi got in close and simply overwhelmed Spohn with short punches that put him down and out. Impressive outing from Camozzi.

10:11 p.m. ET: Chris Camozzi is taking on Dan Spohn up next in cruiserweight action.

10:05 p.m. ET: Girtz wasted no time landing bombs from the opening bell and drilled Torres with a right hand to put him down seconds into the fight. Girtz knew his opponent was badly damaged and ended the fight for good by shoving a relentless supply of uppercuts into his face until Torres hit the canvas again. Total domination.

9:57 p.m. ET: Brandon Girtz vs. Christian Torres is up next.

9:52 p.m. ET: Well, that wasn’t the performance the fans expected from Alvarado. James Brown thoroughly dominated Alvarado, busted him up at range and earned the stoppage when the doctor stopped the fight before the third round began. It was all bad from the jump for Alvarado as Brown gave him hell in the first round, busting his face up badly as Brown landed power shots nearly at will. Alvarado tried to deploy a high guard in the second round but that approach just saw the longer and rangier Brown wrap punches around the guard and pop a stiff jab. With Alvarado’s face a bloody mess, the doctors did the right thing and ended it before the damage worsened.

9:38 p.m. ET: Former boxer Mike Alvarado makes his BKFC debut next against James Brown. Alvarado is best known for his wars with Brandon Rios and had his last fight in a boxing ring back in 2019 when he was stopped in the third round against Arnold Barboza Jr. He’s 42 now and will his experience translate to the world of bare knuckle?

9:35 p.m. ET: A late knockdown from Gabrielle Roman saved her from a decision loss as she ended up with a majority draw against Khorni Kamyron in the opening bout of the night. Scores were 48-46, 47-47 and 47-47. Roman landed a right hand that put Kamyron down and seemingly had her hurt in the final round. But Kamyron made it to the final bell and salvaged a draw.

9:03 p.m. ET: We’re live! Although the talk of the town is Mike Perry vs. Luke Rockhold, this card has a lot of intriguing fights and anything can happen in a bare-knuckle fight. Let’s get started with Khortni Kamyron vs. Gabrielle Roman in featherweight action.
