NCAA baseball tournament 2023: Full regionals bracket, TV schedule for Road to College World Series

By | June 2, 2023

The 2023 NCAA baseball regular season and conference tournament season has come to an end. It’s now time for some postseason baseball.

Last year, Tennessee looked poised to be the runaway favorite after a dominant regular season. No team has replicated that historic success. Wake Forest enters as the on-paper favorite after finishing the season with a 47-10 record and leading the nation in ERA, but there are plenty of tough teams the Demon Deacons will have to get past to win.

LSU will certainly be a team to keep an eye on. The Tigers boast Dylan Crews, widely considered to be a generational draft prospect, and Paul Skenes, who is often considered the top pitcher in the 2023 draft class. With that level of star power, the Tigers should always be a fun team to watch.

The Sporting News has all the information you need to watch the 2023 NCAA Division I Baseball Tournament, including a full TV schedule and bracket.

NCAA baseball tournament bracket 2023

The NCAA released the full baseball tournament bracket on May 29. As usual, there are 16 host sites, which are comprised of the top 16 teams in the country. Wake Forest heads into June as the No. 1 team in the nation.

Teams in each regional will battle in a double elimination bracket to determine the winner in each field. The regionals will start with the top team facing the fourth team and the middle two teams playing each other. From there, the winners will play each other and the losers will head to an elimination bracket. A team must win three games to advance out of the regional.

From the regionals, teams will face off in the super regionals. The matchups will be determined based on seedings. The Winston-Salem regional (the No. 1 regional) will see its winner move on to face the Tuscaloosa regional (No. 16), the Gainesville (No. 2) regional winner will face the Columbia (No. 15) regional winner and so on.
