What channel is Browns vs. Eagles on today? Time, TV schedule, live stream for NFL Week 2 preseason game

By | August 17, 2023

It’s rare that a player becomes must-see TV during the preseason, but that’s exactly what Dorian Thompson-Robinson has become.

The rookie fifth-round pick out of UCLA followed up a promising Hall of Fame Game performance by showing out against the Commanders last week, completing 9-of-10 passes for 102 yards and a touchdown. Between his raw potential as a passer and the mobility he flashed at UCLA, Thompson-Robinson is making a case to be a top backup option behind Deshaun Watson in Cleveland.

The Eagles have a dynamic quarterback of their own, but he won’t be playing during the preseason. Jalen Hurts has proven all he needs to prove, so expect to see a combination of Marcus Mariota and rookie Tanner McKee on Thursday.

The most intriguing storyline to follow might be the backfield battle in Philadelphia, as offseason additions Rashaad Penny and D’Andre Swift both got a chance to make their case for touches in the Eagles’ preseason opener.
