Bayern Munich have a new talisman, as England international Harry Kane is the shiny toy up front for the German giants.
After completing a switch to the Allianz Arena, securing a €100 million transfer from Tottenham, Kane is now the team’s new star, hoping to replace Robert Lewandowski after the experiment with Sadio Mane failed.
Kane spent his entire career with Tottenham, joining the club as a nine-year-old, but now 30 and looking to win trophies, he has chosen to change teams permanently for the first time.
The Sporting News brings you all the info on how many goals Kane has scored for Bayern in his first season outside the Premier League.

Harry Kane last goal for Bayern Munich
The former Tottenham man was held off the scoresheet for his initial 26-minute Bayern Munich debut in the German Supercup, but in his first start for the club in Bundesliga action, Kane was a focal point of the attack, getting a goal and assist in a 4-0 win over Werder Bremen on Friday, August 18.
Leroy Sane put Bayern up just four minutes into the league season on an assist from Kane, sending the champions on their way.
With Bayern hanging onto that 1-0 lead for most of the match, Kane began the late onslaught with his first Bayern goal in the 74th minute. Alphonso Davies sprung a counter-attack down the left and crossed to an unmarked Kane, who got behind the Werder Bremen defence and made no mistake one-on-one with the goalkeeper.

Now off the mark at his new German club, Harry Kane is into the Bundesliga books, ready to hit the ground running.
He’ll now chase Robert Lewandowski’s single-season Bundesliga scoring record of 41 in a campaign, which is a massively high mark to reach. Even if he falls short of that, Kane can still prove himself a huge success in Germany.
