What channel is F1 on today in USA? TV schedule, live stream, start time for 2023 US Grand Prix

By | October 20, 2023

For the second time this season, Formula One returns to the U –  this time for its most familiar race as the action gets under way in Austin, Texas.

Hosted at the Circuit of the Americas since 2012, the United States Grand Prix has a long and illustrious history on the F1 calendar, first officially taking place in 1959.

The past two races here have both been won by Max Verstappen who claimed his third successive World Drivers’ Championship title last time out in Qatar in convincing fashion.

After sealing his latest championship win during the Sprint race on the Saturday, he backed it up by winning the Qatar Grand Prix the day after — his 14th checkered flagged finish of the season.

That leaves him just one win shy of equalling his own record of winning the most races in a single F1 season, which he set last season in dominant fashion.

This time around, Verstappen is unlikely to have it all his own way as McLaren continue to close the gap to Red Bull in terms of performances. The British constructors have claimed plenty of success lately which culminated in Oscar Piastri wining the Sprint race in Qatar two weeks ago — the first F1 win of his career.

Teammate Lando Norris has also shone of late, finishing on the podium in the last three races which highlights their intent to claim a Grand Prix victory before the season ends.
