69th minute: Dalot to the rescue! Bowen is in on goal and the Portuguese defender makes an insane block to deny the Englishman. He was just about to pull the trigger.
65th minute: Martinez is brought down off the pitch and appears in some pain but is okay to continue.
63rd minute: Mainoo makes way for McTominay to a standing ovation.
60th minute: McTominay appears to be coming on for Erik ten Hag’s side.
56th minute: That Garnacho goal means he has now scored three goals at Old Trafford in his last three appearances.
49th minute: GOAL! GARNACHO! Just as West Ham should have equalised, United double their lead. The young star boy cuts onto his left and has his shot deflected off Aguerd into the back of the net.
48th minute: Huge chance to equalise! Emerson picks the pocket of Maguire and has all the time in the world to at least force Onana into a save but he smashes it both high and wide.
46th minute: The second half has arrived and West Ham have made a change. Fabianski comes on for Areola.

17th minute: Soucek’s effort is deflected wide for a corner, it’s a good block from Maguire.
15th minute: Fernandes tries his luck from distance with a dipping effort and Areola makes a great save.
14th minute: First real chance for United as Rashford dances into the Hammers’ box but Zouma clears well.
11th minute: What a save from Onana. Soucek meets the corner with head and it deflects off Alvarez. The United keeper is forced into a diving save.
