Dallas Cowboys star cornerback Trevon Diggs is back on the practice field. It’s the first time Diggs has taken live reps in almost 10 months since suffering a torn ACL.

Diggs rose to prominence for Dallas back in 2021 when he hauled in a league-high 11 interceptions, returning two for touchdowns. He earned first-team All-Pro recognition that year, and made consecutive Pro Bowls in 2021 and 2022. He went down just two games into the season in 2023, and his comeback is a very welcome one.
The Cowboys’ defense had a difference of 0.44 EPA per play with Diggs off the field compared to when he was on the field, per Sports Info Solutions.
While this offseason and process leading up to the 2024 campaign has been largely surrounded by negativity and uncertainty for the Cowboys, getting Diggs back is certainly a massive plus.
