Where to watch ACC men’s soccer tournament final 2024: Channel, time, TV schedule for Clemson vs. Wake Forest

By | November 16, 2024

A top-tier college soccer rivalry takes the field with a tournament title on the line as Clemson and Wake Forest battle for the ACC men’s soccer crown in Cary, N.C. on Sunday.

These two sides have produced some epic clashes over the years, as two of the nation’s premier programs over the last decade.

Wake Forest has maintained regular season superiority over the years, as head coach Bobby Muuss has led the Demon Deacons to the most wins of any team in the country since 2015. Yet Clemson, who are second on that aforementioned wins list, are the side with more postseason glory, with two ACC titles and two national championships since 2020.

Clemson won this year’s regular season meeting 1-0 at home, but Wake triumphed the last time these two teams met in an ACC tournament title match, winning 3-1 in 2016. Here’s how to watch all of Sunday’s action as they face off again:

Here’s how each participating team reached the final of the 2024 ACC men’s soccer championship.

Wake Forest

Given the five-seed after a down year by Wake Forest standards, the Demon Deacons exploded to life in the ACC championship tournament. They were also somewhat fortunate to avoid No. 1 seed Pitt, who were upset by Virginia in the quarterfinals.

Clemson

Two-seed Clemson just missed out on a regular season title, finishing behind Pitt by just two points, but they are set to compete in their third straight conference championship game and are 90 minutes away from a second consecutive tournament title.

Like Wake Forest, Clemson were also the beneficiaries of an upset, with their path made theoretically simpler when Cal knocked off three-seed Duke in the quarterfinals.
