By | June 1, 2025

With the 2025 WNBA season off to a hot start, the annual Commissioner’s Cup will put a trophy on the line just weeks into league competition.

Back for the fifth year, the Commissioner’s Cup will feature a 36-game schedule over the course of two weeks. The team from each conference with the top record will compete for bragging rights and a $500,000 prize pool.

Last year, the Minnesota Lynx defeated the New York Liberty to claim the Commissioner’s Cup title, but the Liberty then flipped the script and beat the Lynx in the 2024 WNBA Finals. This time around, it could really be anyone’s tournament.

Here is everything you need to know about the 2025 WNBA Commissioner’s Cup, including TV and streaming options for the annual in-season competition.
