Devonte Wyatt injury update is worst-case scenario for Green Bay Packers

By | November 28, 2025

The injury Green Bay Packers defensive lineman Devonte Wyatt suffered in the Week 13 win over the Detroit Lions is as bad as expected.

According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport and Tom Pelissero, Wyatt suffered a fractured ankle that is expected to keep him out for the rest of the season.

“Packers DL Devonte Wyatt, who was carted off in yesterday’s win over the Lions, suffered a fractured ankle, per me and Tom Pelissero,” Rapoport reported. “Wyatt’s season is expected to be over.”

It was immediately clear that Wyatt has sustained a significant injury after he had to be carted off the field.

Now, Green Bay will have to navigate the rest of its campaign without a key defender, as Wyatt was having a phenomenal season before his injury.
