NASCAR lineup at Darlington: Starting order, pole for 2026 Goodyear 400 based on qualifying results

By | March 22, 2026

Tyler Reddick is on a roll to start the 2026 Cup Series season.

The 23XI Racing standout limped to a winless campaign in 2025, a far cry from his regular-season championship-winning 2024. He has stormed back in the weeks since 2026 started, collecting a trio of victories to open the year.

He looks well-equipped to add to his strong start in this week’s race, having put forth another starring showcase during Saturday’s qualifying session at Darlington.

Reddick has it all, showing his prowess for speed on superspeedways, road courses and short tracks throughout his career. He has yet to claim gold at Darlington Raceway thus far in his career. But he has came close, falling just short of the checkered flag on a handful of his travels to the storied South Carolina track.

He’ll look to make some personal history at The Lady in Black on Sunday. His performance during Saturday’s qualifying session should give him a good chance.

With that, here’s a look at the pole-sitter and starting lineup for Sunday’s race at Darlington, the Goodyear 400.

Who won the Goodyear 400 pole for 2026?

Qualifying for the Goodyear 400 took place on Saturday. 23XI Racing’s Tyler Reddick returned to the pole for the second time this season, blazing to the front of the pack with a scorching 169.152 mph lap speed.

Reddick has been the sport’s hottest driver this campaign, tallying three consecutive wins to start the season. He has fell slightly off his pace in recent weeks, finishing eighth in Phoenix and 13th in Las Vegas. He still holds a commanding lead at the top of the Cup Series polls, sitting nearly 60 points above second-place Bubba Wallace. He’ll look to keep the good times rolling at Darlington, a place where he has finished inside the top-three on four occasions.

Joining Reddick in the front row is Wallace, his 23XI Racing teammate, who has enjoyed a charmed season in the No. 23 car. Wallace has collected stage points in each Cup Series race this year, posting top-10 finishes in all but one outing thus far.

Rounding out the top-five to start Sunday’s affair is Hendrick Motorsports stars Chase Elliott and Kyle Larson and RFK Racing standout Brad Keselowski.
