WWE’s NXT brand is about to go through some big changes. They presented a pre-taped show this week, but spoilers were squashed. How did the viewership turn out? Vince McMahon and Bruce Prichard will soon have control of the brand, but fans are enjoying this incarnation of NXT while is lasts.
According to Showbuzz Daily, the episode on the August 31st episode of WWE NXT brought in an overnight average of 717,000 viewers with a .17 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic. They ranked #23 in the night out of the top 150 cable programs.
August 24th’s episode drew 685,000 viewers with a .16 in the 18 to 49 demographic. That was a bit up from the previous week. August 17th drew an overnight average of 654,000 viewers. They also pulled in a .19 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic, the same as the week prior.
NXT drew an overnight average of 751,000 viewers for their August 10th episode. They were able to pull down a .19 rating in the coveted 18 to 49 demographic as well. The August 3rd episode of WWE NXT drew 520,000 viewers on Syfy, the same as the previous week. They also drew a .10 in the key 18 to 49 demographic, and that was a bit of a fall from last week.
July 27th’s episode of WWE NXT drew 520,000 overnight viewers on Syfy. They also garnered a .12 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic. The brand’s July 20th episode brought in 709,000 viewers. They received a .20 in the 18 to 49 demographic, 253,000 of their viewers were from that coveted age group.
