Braun Strowman Accuses WWE Of Turning Him Into A Corporate Monster

By | October 21, 2021

Braun Strowman was released from WWE and he hasn’t arrived anywhere yet. We’ll have to see where he does show up, because there have been talks with AEW and Impact Wrestling at this point.

The former WWE Superstar recently got released from WWE. Strowman appeared on the most recent episode of “Busted Open Radio” to talk about “Free The Narrative” and his career since his departure from WWE.

Strowman opened up about his feelings regarding his release, describing himself as finally “free.”

Mentally, physically, everything like that. Not being locked into any kind of contracts, being able to pick and choose what I do with my life. I’m 38 years old and finally, for the first time in my life, I don’t have to ask anyone for permission to do anything. And it’s honestly a pretty damn good feeling. To be able to work on this project is just, it was life changing for me to say the least.

When asked to compare his experience with Free The Narrative to WWE, the brawler expressed relief that he no longer has to be on every single moment of the day.

Strowman then went on to explain that while WWE gave him, a kid from a small town a tremendous opportunity to learn and to grow, he did find the experience extremely time-consuming. The wrestler said that it got quite exhausting to travel around the world, working 60 to 70 hours every week to pay his bills.

Strowman also expressed gratitude for the Free The Narrative project, saying that it allowed him to show the world that he had been turned into a “corporate monster” during his time with WWE. Here’s hoping that Strowman can finally focus on what’s important to him.
