The next title in EA and DICE’s Battlefield franchise is on the way and the first trailer for the game is expected to be unveiled as part of E3 in June. Ahead of that official reveal, though, a series of Battlefield 6 images have been leaked.

The majority of the images have been tagged with a ridiculous meme face, meaning that details are hard to make out. Fans have been quick to assemble the shots in an Imgur gallery so you can take a look at explosions, guns, space rockets launching, and all manner of other things by checking out the link.
Reports also persist that the new game will be jumping on the battle royale bandwagon in an attempt to unseat Activision’s Call of Duty: Warzone from the throne, with a very small selection of popular streamers suggesting that they have already been hands-on with the new mode.

One point of note is that the game appears just to be called Battlefield, as opposed to Battlefield 6. Whatever it ends up being called, the next Battlefield is scheduled to launch on Xbox One, Xbox Series S/X, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC this year. We’ll undoubtedly hear more about it at E3, and at EA’s subsequent EA Play Live event in July.
