Pokémon Unite Releasing on Mobile Devices in September

Mobile phone users can finally rejoice as Nintendo and TiMi Studio Group announced on Wednesday that Pokémon Unite would be coming to mobile phones next month.

The hit multiplayer online battle arena game will be making its way to mobile devices on September 22, 2021. Preregistration for the game has already begun on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Alongside the news, the developers have also announced bonuses for players who take part in the preregistration process.

Should registration numbers reach 2,500,000, participants will receive a free Pikachu Unite license. If preregistration numbers reach 5,000,000, participants will get a special Festival Style: Pikachu Holowear item. You can preregister now on either the App Store or Google Play Store, and should both thresholds be met, prizes will be available by logging into the mobile version of Pokémon Unite and claiming them before October 31, 2021.

Fans of the Pokémon series have been anxiously awaiting the release of the game on mobile devices, with the game having launched earlier this year on Nintendo Switch. In ComingSoon’s review of the game, Pokémon Unite was called “one of the Nintendo Switch’s best multiplayer games here during its infancy and will only get better with additional content to come.”
