This marks the long-running animated series’ second Star Wars-themed short film, with the first one being 2021’s Emmy-nominated The Force Awakens From Its Nap, which once again starred the youngest Simpson child.
In addition, the first key-art poster for the short film has also been revealed. It teases Maggie’s space battle against a squadron of Imperial TIE Fighters.
