Friday Fiction

LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, may I have your attention, please?! You’ve been patient! You’ve been diligent! You’ve been loyal! Now, for demonstrating such tremendous qualities, such incredible attributes, such unbelievable resolve, you shall be rewarded! Friends, bloggers, Earthlings, lend me your ears! The time has come, yet again, for you to get your proper dose of excitement, adventure, and intrigue! People of the Net, without further delay, I present to you this week’s FRRRRRRRRRRIDAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYY FICTIOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN!

Sam…

…Sam, play it.

*Cue music.*

The strangest part about knowing the future might not be the events that will happen but seeing the windup to them. How we lay the foundation for our own lives with distinct choices, some obvious, some seemingly insignificant.

Today, we consider the second part of our story and learn a little more about the events to come later and the events that happened now.

If you wish to see where this is all going (and learn of a strange business model), then you can read the second part of the tale HERE.

And should you want a little more Christmas fiction, we’ve got our annual short story coming up on Sunday. One more festive tale before we gear up for the new year.

Until then, we wish you as stress-free a holiday season as possible. We hope you find peace, calm, and warmth before the year ends.

tuning off…
