The Chiefs have been celebrating their Super Bowl 57 everywhere from Arizona, to Kansas City, and even to Disneyland. On Wednesday, the celebration continues with the city’s second championship parade in four years.
Patrick Mahomes, Andy Reid, and the rest of the Chiefs will take a ride through downtown Kansas City with the Lombardi Trophy in hand. Considering the number of personalities on this Chiefs team, this won’t be a boring parade. Travis Kelce, JuJu Smith-Schuster, and Chris Jones always have something to say.
While the weather might not let us see Reid in a Hawaiian shirt, he has said he enjoyed this Super Bowl experience more than he has in the past and should deliver some hilarious moments on Wednesday.
Mahomes might not be ready to call this a dynasty, but two championships, and three AFC titles in four years is about as close as a team can get in today’s NFL. That’s reason to celebrate.
