Cowboys vs. Eagles live score, updates, highlights from NFL ‘Sunday Night Football’ game

By | December 10, 2023

The NFC East hasn’t proved quite as competitive as it was last season, when all four of its franchises fought tooth and nail for playoff berths.

The Giants are bad. The Commanders are worse. And that has led to a steady stream of ugly football under the division’s watch.

On Sunday, though? On Sunday, America’s Game wins. That’s because two of the league’s most popular franchises β€” the Cowboys and the Eagles β€” square off in duel for divisional (and conference) supremacy.

Dallas (9-3) has been a force in recent weeks, overcoming a shaky defensive display to pour out 41 points and vanquish the Seahawks last week. A lengthy break should offer additional reprieve for a Cowboys squad teeming with talent.

Meanwhile, Philadelphia (10-2) is hoping to reassert itself after a blowout defeat to fellow NFC contender San Francisco last week.

There’s no guarantee for a classic. But it should be an intriguing affair, one filled with enough highlights, crunching hits and plenty of offense.

That’s just what the doctor ordered.

8:20 p.m.: And we’re off from Arlington! KaVontae Turpin takes the kickoff 30 yards to Dallas’ 25 to start. Dak Prescott and the Cowboys trot onto the field hoping to make sparks fly.

8:00 p.m.: Can’t go wrong with an OutKast reference, can you? Cowboys-Eagles kicks off in 15 minutes.

7:35 p.m.: Would’ve expected a bigger name to provide this promo but I digress. No matter, though. Shoutout Wizards of Waverly Place, man!!
