Dillian Whyte reveals three fights he wants next

Dillian Whyte (31-3, 21 KOs) has revealed the exact three fights he wants to make next.

The Jamaican-born Londoner fights against highly-rated prospect Moses Itauma (12-0, 10 KOs) over 12-rounds in Riyadh on Saturday, August 16.

The British heavyweights headline the Saudi show, live on DAZN.

The 37-year-old has mapped out his career plans, but, of course, that all relies on his result against Itauma.

He told reporters on fight week, “I’d love to get a chance to avenge my three defeats and I’d love the chance to fight for the world title again.”

‘The Body Snatcher’ has already avenged his 2020 KO defeat to Alexander Povetkin with a revenge knockout seven months on in 2021.

His other two defeats he would like to reverse came against Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury.

After defeating Olympic gold medallist Anthony Joshua in his amateur boxing debut in 2009, the rivals locked horns for the British and Commonwealth heavyweight titles in 2015.

Whyte troubled the rising star on occasions, but AJ stopped his adversary in the seventh round.

Then, in 2020, after dropping Russian powerhouse Alexander Povetkin twice in the fourth round of their August 2020 lockdown fight, the visiting ‘Vityaz’ iced the Brit out cold with an hellacious left uppercut.

In their March 2021 rematch, Whyte KO’d Povetkin in four rounds to regain the WBC Interim heavyweight title he had temporarily lost.

The WBC #1 heavyweight was awarded a shot at the champion Tyson Fury in April 2022, which again saw him knocked out by an uppercut, this time in the sixth round, meaning that he has been KO’d three times, each time by an uppercut, in rounds five, six and seven.
