The Golden State Warriors are on the road on Tuesday night as they face off against the struggling Miami Heat.
Golden State enters Tuesday’s game amid a hot streak as they have won eight of their last 10 games, but they are coming off a loss on Saturday to the Atlanta Hawks.
Of course, the Warriors were without their superstar point guard Stephen Curry in Saturday’s loss to the Hawks due to a pelvic contusion that he suffered after taking a heard fall late in the third quarter of Thursday’s victory over the Toronto Raptors.
Unfortunately for Golden State, Curry will be sidelined once again on Tuesday against the Heat as he is still not fully healthy from the pelvic contusion.
Curry was upgraded to questionable for Tuesday’s game after he was able to participate in practice on Monday but with the Warriors looking to make another title run, they have decided to not rush him back for Tuesday’s game.
This is a massive blow for Golden State as Curry provides a ton of their offense and with him being sidelined, Buddy Hield and Gary Payton II should see an increased role.

Golden State will also need other players in their rotation to step up alongside Jimmy Butler and Draymond Green.
Of course, Tuesday’s game is headlined by Butler’s return to Miami to take on the Heat for the first time since they traded him to the Warriors ahead of the deadline after he demanded a trade out of Miami.
Despite this, the Warriors will now be without their star point guard and Butler will likely see an even larger role as the Warriors try to hand Miami their 11th loss in their last 12 games.
Fans can catch Tuesday’s highly anticipated matchup between the Warriors and Heat at 7:30 p.m. EST on TNT.
