Grizzlies budding superstar Ja Morant is a box-office sensation.

On a nightly basis, the 22-year-old All-Star is a threat to turn in the highlight of the night, whether it’s a gravity-defying dunk, an ankle-shattering crossover or an algorithm-altering (I’ll explain later) buzzer-beater, Morant has delivered a career’s worth of highlights in the 2021-22 season alone.

His latest submission? Defying gravity once again, this time with an off-handed alley-oop finish in transition against the Celtics.

Morant’s left-handed dunk came just days after he quite literally broke social media with a series of highlights in his 52-point performance against the Spurs.
