How to watch Richmond vs. Lehigh today: Channel, time, schedule, live stream for FCS football playoff game

By | November 30, 2024

Richmond had a rough start to the season, losing back-to-back games to Virginia and Wofford with Kyle Wickersham under center.

Wickersham started the third game, leading the team to a shutout victory over Charleston Southern, but the Spiders replaced him with Camden Coleman for the remainder of the season.

Since those first two losses, Richmond hasn’t dropped a game. It has won 10 straight and automatically qualified for the FCS playoffs by winning the Colonial Athletic Association. Coleman has played a part in this, having thrown 13 touchdowns and just five interceptions.

More notable, however, is Zach Palmer-Smith’s play. The junior running back has racked up 1,326 yards and 11 touchdowns on the ground. He’s had five games over 100 rushing yards and two games of at least 200 rushing yards.

The Spiders will face off against with Lehigh, which won the Patriot League with an 8-3 record. The Mountain Hawks ended the season on a five-game win streak. Dante Perri and Hayden Johnson share time under center, while Luke Yoder and Jaden Green are the team’s running back duo.
