Liverpool restart their Champions League campaign with a last 16 trip to Italy to face defending Serie A champions Inter Milan at the San Siro tonight.
The Reds breezed through the group stage in the first half of the season, as one of three teams with a perfect record, after picking up six wins from six games. Jurgen Klopp’s side will be aiming to keep on track for a possible quadruple this season as they fight across four fronts in 2022.
Klopp is boosted by a fully fit squad for this clash, with Mo Salah and Sadio Mane back from AFCON duty, and January signing Luis Diaz added to their Champions League panel.
Inter boss Simone Inzaghi will be hoping Edin Dzeko can continue his recent goal scoring streak with Alessandro Bastoni returning from injury to boost his defensive options.
