NBA All-Star Game live score, stats, highlights from 2025 All-Star Weekend event

By | February 16, 2025

The NBA All-Star Game is getting another makeover.

For the 2025 event in the Warriors‘ Chase Center, the 24 All-Stars have already been split into three teams, which were drafted by “Inside the NBA” analysts Shaquille O’Neal, Kenny Smith, and Charles Barkley.

On Sunday, those three teams of eight players — plus the winning team from Friday’s Rising Stars tournament — will go head-to-head in a brief tournament as part of the All-Star festivities. For each of the three tournament games, the winning squad is the first to reach or surpass 40 points.

While this year’s All-Star rosters feature some of the NBA’s usual veteran superstars, like the Lakers‘ LeBron James and the Warriors’ Stephen Curry, they also include some of the league’s rising talent, from Spurs big man Victor Wembanyama to Pistons guard Cade Cunningham.

With each of the three 2025 All-Star units having a unique theme — Shaq’s group of “OGs,” Kenny’s “Young Stars,” and Chuck’s “Global Stars”— the new format may bring some more intriguing competition to the event on top of all the fun that comes along with it.

The Sporting News is tracking live updates and highlights from the 2025 NBA All-Star Game, which includes three tournament games under the new format. Follow along with the results and action below.
