U.S. Open live updates, highlights from Round 4

6:35 p.m.: Koepka finishes his day at -2. Not a great finish to an otherwise excellent day.

6:15 p.m.: DeChambeau lies in the grass and puts every ounce of beef he’s got into a shot to get it to the green. Koepka still lurking, and Oosthuizen has the lead.

5:53 p.m.: Koepka is making it very interesting. He’s one stroke back of the lead, tied with McIlroy, Rahm and four others.

5:37 p.m.: Brooks Koepka hits the pin on 14. He’s still in it, but getting late.

5:09 p.m.: Bryson DeChambeau came within an inch of an ace. He’ll have the outright lead of the U.S. Open after a tap-in.

4:46 p.m.: Things at the top of the leaderboard are still tight. Russell Henley sits in first, with Rory McIlroy entering the fray. Meanwhile, Guido Migliozzi is doing things:

4:08 p.m.: Bogey start for Mackenzie Hughes, missing a long putt. Rahm, Henley and Hughes all tied for second early on through their pairings.

3:55 p.m.: The final pairing is teeing off. Louis Oosthuizen up now (-5). Mackenzie Hughes follows Oosthuizen’s fairway drive with one of his own.

3:54 p.m.: Jon Rahm starting a late charge, getting himself into trouble but back out with a couple of shots on Hole 3.

3:44 p.m.: Rory McIlroy teeing off. The 2011 U.S. Open champ sits just a few strokes back of the lead. He tees off with co-leader Russell Henley.

3:33 p.m.: Scottie Scheffler and Bryson DeChambeau teeing off. DeChambeau enters the day tied for fourth in a crowded top of the leaderboard. His first shot off the tee ends up in the bunker.

3:22 p.m.: Matthew Wolff, California native and 2020 U.S. Open runner up, is teeing off. Jon Rahm also tees off.

3:11 p.m.: Collin Morikawa and Dustin Johnson both teeing off. They enter the day one under.

3:01 p.m.: Brooks Koepka enters the day even.

2:06 p.m.: 2015 U.S. Open winner Jordan Spieth tees off. He sits at T22 (+1) on the tournament entering Round 4.

1:47 p.m.: Matsuyama has four birdies on the day, giving himself a fighting chance, but might be for naught.

1:32 p.m.: Richard Bland teeing off now. Bland sits at T21. Guido Migliozzi also tees off in the pairing.

12:55 p.m.: Bubba Watson with a rough go of it early on. Hideki Matsuyama and Phil Mickelson having tough days, as well. Mickelson is one over on the day entering Hole 14.
