No. 4 Kentucky will play Ohio State on Saturday as a part of the annual CBS Sports Classic.
The Wildcats have been rolling under first-year head coach Mark Pope, whose squad will enter this game 10-1 and looking to extend its win streak to four games.
Ohio State has had a bit of a rollercoaster start to the season, as evidenced by the Buckeyes’ 7-4 record. In spite of this, the Buckeyes did bounce back from their Dec. 14 loss to No. 2 Auburn with a 95-73 win over Valpraiso on Dec. 17.
Now in its 11th year, the CBS Sports Classic brings top men’s college basketball programs to the historic basketball venues across the country. Joining Kentucky and Ohio State this year is No. 18 UCLA and North Carolina.
