What time does the NASCAR race start today? TV schedule, channel for GEICO 500 at Talladega

By | April 24, 2022

The last driver to win back-to-back races at Talladega Superspeedway was Ryan Blaney in 2019 and 2020. Blaney won the YellaWood 500 toward the end of the 2019 NASCAR Cup Series season and then won the GEICO 500 early in the 2020 campaign.

Bubba Wallace has to be coming into Sunday’s GEICO 500 confident that he can become the most recent repeater. Wallace won the 2021 YellaWood 500 to claim his first career Cup Series win.

Wallace’s win came in the midst of what has been a successful string of superspeedway races for the 23XI Racing driver. He finished second in the 2021 Coke Zero Sugar 400 at Daytona and finished second in the 2022 Daytona 500.
