A rivalry that has gotten personal will be settled in a boxing ring when YouTuber Logan Paul faces MMA fighter Dillon Danis on October 14. The fight airs on DAZN PPV in the Manchester Arena and is the co-main event under KSI vs. Tommy Fury.
Logan, the older brother of Jake Paul, started the influencer boxing craze with KSI in 2018. After facing KSI in an amateur and pro fight, he fought Floyd Mayweather in 2021, going the distance against the Hall of Famer. “The Maverick” has since been promoting PRIME and recently signed a contract with WWE.
Danis won gold and silver in the 2016 Pan Jiu-Jitsu No-Gi Championships. “El Jefe” is 2-0 in MMA, competing under the Bellator banner, but hasn’t fought since 2019. He was supposed to fight KSI at the beginning of 2023 but backed out right before fight night.
The build up to this bout has not been like most in boxing, as Danis has shared several pictures of Nina Agdal, Paul’s fiancée, online. Agdal filed a restraining order and sued Danis, who continues to post on social media. Paul is not playing Danis’ game, and he’s ready to take him down on fight night.

“I don’t [regret choosing him],” Paul said on The MMA Hour. “I mean, ask me on October 15th. But I really just feel like when I connect that right hand to his face in the cleanest way possible, I watch him crumble, I tower over him with my hand in the air, and it’s the most glorious knockout, the crowd goes crazy, that people have ever seen, that feels like it’s going to be worth it to me. And then we’re gonna see the slow decline and downfall of Dillon Danis.
“I truly believe his downfall will be studied for decades. I think after this fight, the harsh reality of his actions are going to set in because, again, you picked a fight with two people here — me, my fiancée — we’re both gonna handle you.”
