Wimbledon 2023 continues on Friday, July 7 with a host of intriguing matches — a significant one of which carries over from the day before.
Andy Murray battled to a two-sets-to-one lead over fifth-seed Stefanos Tsitsipas before play was suspended on Centre Court shortly before 11 p.m. local time on Thursday.
Elsewhere on Friday, Novak Djokovic will face Stan Wawrinka in round three, while world No.1 Carlos Alcaraz plays his second-round match.
Women’s top seed Iga Swiatek will be on Centre Court in the afternoon, while American interests will lie with Jessica Pegula and Sofia Kenin.
