DC FanDome has finally arrived and gave us a look at some of the most anticipated films, TV shows, video games, and comic books from the DC universe. Some of the big highlights were new trailers for The Batman, The Flash, Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, Gotham Knights, Black Adam, Shazam! Fury of the Gods, Peacemaker, and Aquaman and Lost Kingdom.

The Batman: New Trailer Debuts at DC FanDome
Director Matt Reeves and actors Robert Pattinson and Zoë Kravitz helped share the newest trailer for The Batman at DC FanDome 2021. This story is set during Batman’s second year as as crimefighter and sees him investigating a series of murders committed by Paul Dano’s The Riddler.
He is working alongside Gotham Police ally James Gordon, who is played by Jeffrey Wright, and his investigation also puts him on a crash course with Kravitz’ Selina Kyle/Catwoman.

Gotham Knights Gets a New Story Trailer, But No New Release Date
While we received no new release date, Gotham Knights did get a new story trailer and behind-the-scenes featurette at DC FanDome 2021. The story trailer featured more footage of Nightwing, Batgirl, Robin, and Red Hood alongside a further glimpse at Gotham’s deadly secret society The Court of Owls.
Gotham Knights is set to be released in 2022.
Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League – First Footage Revealed at DC Fandome 2021
Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League recieved a brand-new trailer that gave fans their first look at Rocksteady’s new take on The Flash, Green Lantern, and Wonder Woman. While no release date was given, we now know a lot more about the game that stars Harley Quinn, Captain Boomerang, Deadshot, and King Shark.
We also got a quick look at the Batmobile, but Batman has yet to make an appearance.

The newest Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League trailer featured an Easter Egg that honored the comic book origins of Captain Boomerang, Deadshot, and King Shark.

We have finally received our first look at Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s debut in the DC Universe as Black Adam.

Peacemaker on HBO Max Reveals First Trailer and Release Date
Alongside its first teaser trailer, WB revealed that Peacemaker, which stars John Cena’s character from Suicide Squad, will premiere on HBO Max on January 13, 2022.
The first behind-the-scenes footage of Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom was revealed at DC FanDome and reintroduced fans to the stars of the film, including Jason Momoa and Yahya Abdul-Mateen.

DC Announces Four New Animated Films at DC FanDome 2021
DC has announced that four feature animated films will be released in 2022 alongside an animated short film. These films include Teen Titans Go & DC Super Hero Girls, Green Lantern: Beware My Power, Battle of the Super Sons, and Batman: The Long Halloween.
Batgirl: New Story Details and Suit Revealed for Live-Action Movie

DC revealed the first look at the upcoming animated film Catwoman: Hunted and shared that the film will be released on February 8, 2022.

DC League of Super-Pets got a new preview trailer and gave a glimpse at the upcoming animated film starring some super-powered pets. This film stars Dwayne Johnson, Kevin Hart, Kate McKinnon, John Krasinski, and more.
DC League of Super-Pets Is Getting a Video Game
Alongside the film, DC League of Super-Pets: The Adventures of Krypto and Ace will tell a video game spin-off story in Spring 2022. The game looks to be an on-rails shooter set in Metropolis.
DC’s Stargirl: Official Season 2 Sneak Peek
DC’s Stargirl got a teaser trailer for its second season which will see Courtney Whitmore aka Stargirl trapped in a black-and-white purgatory while her life hangs in the balance.
Robert Pattinson’s Batman Is Getting a Gorgeous Statue
Robert Pattinson’s Batman is getting the statue treatment in February 2022 courtesy of McFarlane Toys and features the Caped Crusader standing on a logo for The Batman A new statue for The Joker – Joker: Purple Craze – was also revealed.
Furthermore, a statue of Dwayne Johnson’s Black Adam will also be on its way, but we didn’t get to see that one just yet.
You Can Buy an Official Superman Hat… For $750
NFL QB Cam Newton stopped by DC FanDome and announced an official Superman hat that costs… $750. This Meshika x Superman hat collaboration features limited edition collector’s items and hats that go up to $950.
DC’s Monkey Prince Leaps Into New Comic Book Series
DC shared new details on the 12-issue Monkey Prince series that will launch in February 2022 and will tell more of the story of Marcus Sun.
Wonder Woman Faces Her Future in ‘Trial of the Amazons’ Crossover
At DC FanDome 2021, new details about the upcoming Trial of the Amazons comic book crossover event were revealed. This story will link together all of DC’s Amazonian heroines, including Wonder Woman, Queen Hippolyta, Nubia, Artemis, and Future State: Wonder Woman’s Yara Flor.
Batwoman: Official Season 3 Teaser Trailer and Official Batwing Spotlight Revealed

HBO Max’s adaptation of DC Comics’ DMZ received a ton of new details and images at FanDome 2021. This limited series from Ava Duvernay and Roberto Patino stars Rosario Dawson and takes place in a near-future USA that is in the middle of its second civil war.
DC Developing Milestone Animated Movie, New Season 2 Comics
DC’s Milestone Media is set to release a new feature-length animated movie starring Static and his fellow Dakotaverse heroes.
Young Justice: Phantoms Unexpectedly Releases Two Episodes
The first two episodes of Young Justice Season 4 – titled Young Justice: Phantoms – were unexpectedly released today on HBO Max. The series will get new episodes each and every Thursday.
