The swine of The Nine, Xûr, is now live in Destiny 2 for the weekend until next week’s reset. If you’re looking to get your some shiny new Exotic armor or weapons for your Guardian, look no further.
Each week, Xûr has a random assortment of Exotic armor, one for each Guardian class, as well as a random Exotic Weapon and an Exotic Engram available for purchase. In addition to his Exotic wares, he’s got a random collection of Legendary weapons and armor to deck out your Guardians.
We’ve rounded up all the info on Xûr for the week including where to find Xûr, which Exotic weapons and armor are available, as well as which Legendary weapons you should pick up, either for PvE or PvP.
Where Is Xûr Today?
Xûr’s location can be found at Winding Cove in the EDZ on September 23 through September 27. To reach him, travel to the landing point at Winding Cove. When you arrive, make for the rock cliffs at the far end of the cove and look for a cave winding up to a platform next to some Fallen. There you’ll find the freakish salesman we all adore.
What’s Xûr Selling Today?

- 4 Mobility
- 17 Resilience
- 12 Recovery
- 2 Discipline
- 11 Intellect
- 16 Strength
- Total: 62
Aeon Safe – Exotic Titan Gauntlets
- 8 Mobility
- 8 Resilience
- 18 Recovery
- 7 Discipline
- 16 Intellect
- 9 Strength
- Total: 66
Lunafaction Boots – Exotic Warlock Leg Armor
- 2 Mobility
- 13 Resilience
- 17 Recovery
- 2 Discipline
- 16 Intellect
- 12 Strength
- Total: 62
The best roll this week is the Aeon Safe boots for Titans — unfortunately this exotic isn’t very good in the current (or any previous) meta, so your use case for this may be limited. I think it’s worth picking up for the unlikely event that Aeon Safe enters the meta in a significant way. The other exotics this week are pretty bad rolls, so skip ’em!
Exotic Weapons
Hawkmoon – Exotic Hand Cannon
- Paracausal Shot
- Chambered Compensator
- Alloy Magazine
- Hip-Fire Grip
- Smooth Grip
Dead Man’s Tale – Exotic Scout Rifle
- Cranial Spike
- Polygonal Rifling
- Accurized Rounds
- Fourth Time’s The Charm
- Hand-Laid Stock
Hawkmoon and Dead Man’s Tale are both great weapons, but the rolls this week are pretty mid. Pick them up if you need them, but if you wait then you’ll likely find better rolls ’round the bend.
Legendary Weapons
Gnawing Hunger – Auto Rifle
- Corkscrew Rifling/Smallbore
- Accurized Rounds/Flared Magwell
- Zen Moment

Ikelos_SMG_V1.0.2 – Submachine Gun

- Dynamic sway Reduction
- Surrounded
- Handling Masterwork
Friction Fire – Sniper Rifle
- Chambered Compensator/Polygonal Rifling
- Extended Mag/Alloy Magazine
- Killing Wind
- Wellspring
- Handling Masterwork
My top picks this week are the rolls for Code Duello, and Seventh Seraph VY-7. The rocket launcher has an interesting combination of perks that make it double-buffed in certain situations that could be great for DPS. The submachine gun’s combination of Dragonfly and Fourth Time’s The Charm make it a quite deadly option for PvE.

Warlocks appear to be taking an L this week with some pretty rubbish rolls — the best of which is a high mobility middling leg armor. Sorry, floaty friends.

And with Hunters, Xur’s offerings this week officially leave me feeling sad, with rolls as low as what Titans got and no reason for us to shop! Bad, Xur! Bad!
That’s a wrap on Xûr for this week, Guardians! How do you feel about having to kill 50 Champions (or not) this week? Let us know in the comments!
