God of War Ragnarok’s Latest Japanese Trailer Is Wonderful and Surprisingly Upbeat

By | November 2, 2022

God of War Ragnarok‘s latest Japanese is a wonderful surprise that is shockingly upbeat in all the best ways.

Shared on PlayStation Japan’s Twitter, the trailer features footage of God of War Ragnarok placed in between scenes of three men dancing and singing in a beautiful and colorful forest and mountainous setting. Saying any more would ruin the joy and surprise of it all, so here it is for your viewing pleasure!

Now, just like me, you will have this catchy and wonderful song stuck in your head as you prepare return to the adventures of Kratos and Atreus on November 9 when God of War Ragnarok is officially released.

This trailer follows another surprising one from yesterday, November 1, that featured Ben Stiller, LeBron James, John Travolta, and their kids in a counseling session led by Stiller in full Kratos attire.

As we mentioned, God of War Ragnarok is nearly upon us, and in our final preview, we said that, in its first five hours, the much-anticipated sequel “delivered an engaging, emotional story with portions of Kratos violently ripping things in half sprinkled in during the touching opening moments.”
