IGN Fan Fest is back once again with a virtual event that celebrates the world of television, movies, and games. We are so excited that this year’s show will feature a host of exclusive panels, clips, interviews, special announcements, and much more. (ICYMI: these were the biggest announcements from last year’s IGN Fan Fest).
From the Halo TV series to Sonic the Hedgehog 2 to LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga to Spider-Man: No Way Home, there will be so much to look forward to. To help ensure you don’t miss a thing, we’ve created a guide that will let you know what you can expect from IGN Fan Fest 2022 and how you can watch along with us.
What is IGN Fan Fest?
IGN Fan Fest is a show made by fans for fans. Our digital (and one-time physical) event is simultaneously a celebration of some of the most anticipated movies, shows, and games our audience loves, as much as it is a show dedicated to giving you even more information and access to the creators and exclusive clips and other surprises and reveals. We spend months working with publishers, studios, developers, and others to bring these awesome franchises to our lineup, and get your questions (and your intrigue!) answered directly from its creators.
IGN Fan Fest 2022 Dates and Start Time
IGN Fan Fest 2022 is a one-day event that will begin on Saturday, February 19, 2022, at 11am PT/2pm ET/7pm GMT. If you are tuning in from Australia, that translates to Sunday, February 20 at 5am AEST.
How to Watch IGN Fan Fest 2022
As a free and live virtual event, IGN Fan Fest will be streamed across IGN.com and all of our social channels. As a special treat, IGN’s Jeffery Vega and Benjamin Watts will be hosting a watch party on TikTok and we encourage fans to ask questions and react to all the big news with them. If you can’t make it, all of the panels will be available to rewatch after the stream on IGN.com and our YouTube channel. We’ll also be embedding the stream in this article, so feel free to bookmark this page for easy access. You can check out a list of everything that will appear at the show below, and we will update the list with exact air times as we get closer to IGN Fan Fest 2022.

Halo: The Series
Halo: The Series is set to premiere on Paramount+ on March 24, and IGN Fan Fest will be your exclusive place to not only watch an in-depth discussion with the cast and crew, but also where you can catch a behind-the-scenes look at the much anticipated series that will star Pablo Schreiber as Master Chief and Jen Taylor as Cortana. It also looks to be a treat for fans of the games as the first footage has already revealed Elites, Brutes, Jackals, an Energy Sword, and much more.
Elden Ring Branded Segment
A look at the exciting new changes in Elden Ring that trace their roots back to the legacy of the Soulsborne series, including elements like: open world design, optional boss fights, and how co-op has evolved to be easier than ever.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge is a 4-play co-op, side-scrolling brawler that is developed by members of the Scott Pilgrim vs. the World: The Game team. During IGN Fan Fest, exclusive new gameplay will be revealed alongside a never-before-seen level with a new character. This game, which is clearly inspired by games like 1991’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles in Time, will be released on PS4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC in 2022.
LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga
LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga is almost here. On April 5, 2022, fans of that galaxy far, far away will be able to play through LEGO versions of all nine films in the Skywalker Saga with over 300 characters from the most popular to the most obscure. During IGN Fan Fest, fans will be treated to a never-before-seen behind-the-scenes look at the making of the game and an in-depth interview with TT Games director of production Jonathan Smith.
Shenmue: the Animation
Shenmue: the Animation, an anime adaptation of the classic video game franchise of the same name, debuted its first episode on February 6, 2022, and new episodes arrive every Saturday night at 9pm PT on Adult Swim and Crunchyroll. IGN Fan Fest will premiere an exclusive sneak peek at an upcoming episode.
Nightingale
Nightingale is a shared-world survival crafting game that is set in an all-new fantasy universe. A group of ex-Bioware devs, including former GM Aaryn Flynn, are in charge of bringing this new game to life that will also mix first-person combat with a fantastical Victorian setting. IGN Fan Fest will feature a deep dive into the game with some of its creators as well as an exclusive inside look at the game.
Vikings: Valhalla
Netflix’s Vikings: Valhalla is an original series that takes place 100 years following the events of Vikings and follows “a new generation of legendary heroes” that will arise to make their mark on history. The series is set to premiere on February 25 and IGN Fan Fest will have a panel discussion with the cast and creator of the show as well as an exclusive sneak peek at the show’s first episode.
The Walking Dead Season 11 Part 2
It may be hard to believe, but AMC’s The Walking Dead is making its way to the end of its legendary run. The Walking Dead’s eleventh and final season is returning for Part 2 on February 20 and IGN Fan Fest will have an exclusive look at an upcoming episode of the show.
WWE 2K22
Future WWE Hall of Famer and Lucha Libre Legend Rey Mysterio is the cover superstar of WWE 2K22, the first game in the WWE 2K series since 2019. On March 11, WWE 2K22 will give fans a redesigned gameplay engine, a new control scheme, upgraded visuals, new modes, and much more. At IGN Fan Fest, wrestling aficionados will get a look at exclusive gameplay and the Showcase Mode from a beloved wrestler.
The Adam Project
The Adam Project is an upcoming time-traveling sci-fi film that will see Ryan Reynolds teaming up with a younger version of himself (Walker Scobell) and his late father (Mark Ruffalo) to come to terms with his own past while also saving the future. While the film won’t be available until March 11, IGN Fan Fest will see a deep dive into the story with Ryan Reynolds and director Shawn Levy and an exclusive, never-before-seen sneak peek of the movie that also stars Jennifer Garner, Zoe Saldana, and Catherine Keener.
Everything Everywhere All At Once
Directed by Daniel Kwan and Daniel Scheinert, Everything Everywhere All At Once is a “big-hearted” sci-fi action adventure comedy that follows “a Chinese American woman (Michelle Yeoh) who can’t seem to finish her taxes.” Ahead of its premiere at SXSW on March 11 and theatrical debut on March 25, IGN Fan Fest will provide a breakdown of what this movie is actually about with the cast.
Raised by Wolves: Season 2
The second season of HBO Max’s Raised by Wolves debuted on February 3 and looks to tell more of the story of two androids who must raise human children on a new planet after Earth was destroyed by a great war. IGN Fan Fest will feature a panel with the cast and creator of Raised by Wolves and a sneak peek at an upcoming, unreleased episode.
DC Showcase – Constantine: The House of Mystery
DC Showcase – Constantine: The House of Mystery is a new animated short from Warner Bros. Home Entertainment that will see Matt Ryan returning once again to voice Constantine. IGN Fan Fest will have the exclusive debut of the much-anticipated short’s first trailer.
Spider-Man: No Way Home
Since swinging into theaters in December, Spider-Man: No Way Home has brought in more than $1.7 billion at the global box office. While everyone loves Spider-Man as a character, this multiverse adventure was something truly special we won’t spoil here. However, IGN Fan Fest will have a spoiler-filled conversation with some of the people who brought you the movie.
Attack on Titan Final Season Part 2
Attack on Titan has returned for its final season and the show that has become one of the most popular anime series of the last decade still has a few surprises in store for fans new and old. To help celebrate Attack on Titan’s impressive run, IGN Fan Fest will feature an interview with the English-language voice cast of the series to discuss the final season and look back on the journey that got them there.
FROM
FROM is a new sci-fi horror television series that was created and written by John Griffin and executive produced by Avengers: Endgame’s Anthony and Joe Russo. FROM will premiere on February 20 on EPIX and takes place in a town in middle America that traps everyone who enters. At IGN Fan Fest, we will provide an exclusive sneak peek at the show.
OXENFREE II: Lost Signals
Set five years after the original game, Oxenfree II: Lost Signals will follow Riley as she returns to her hometown of Camena to investigate new, mysterious radio signals. While Oxenfree II: Lost Signals only has a 2022 release window so far, IGN Fan Fest will help with the wait by giving fans a table read of a scene with one of the writers and some of the cast. We’ll also debut an exclusive look at the game.
The Legend of Vox Machina
The Legend of Vox Machina has arrived on Prime Video and is the long-awaited adaptation of parts of Critical Role’s first campaign. Season 1 will wrap up right before IGN Fan Fest begins, so we thought we’d help with the sadness that comes with the end of a good thing by having the entire cast break down the events of the first season and also look ahead at what fans can expect from a possible Season 2.
The Northman
The Northman, an upcoming Viking epic from director Robert Eggers (The Witch, The Lighthouse), is set to release in theaters on April 8, 2022. Alexander Skarsgård, Anya Taylor-Joy, Nicole Kidman, Ethan Hawke, Claes Bang, Björk, and Willem Dafoe all star in a film that promises to be an “action-filled epic that follows a young Viking prince on his quest to avenge his father’s murder.” At IGN Fan Fest, Eggers will stop by to provide a deep dive into the film’s production and story and reveal an exclusive look at The Northman.
Sonic the Hedgehog 2
Ben Schwartz will once again reprise his role as the voice of Sonic alongside Jim Carrey’s Dr. Robotnik in Sonic the Hedgehog 2. In this sequel to the 2020 original, Idris Elba will be joining the cast as Knuckles, who appears to be working with Dr. Robotnik to search for an emerald that can provide the power to build and destroy civilizations. The film will be speeding its way into theaters on April 8, 2022, and IGN Fan Fest will have a panel discussion with some of the cast and the crew.
