Blake Monroe made her NXT debut during the June 3 episode of WWE NXT. She has been a huge WWE fan for many years and it appears her NXT journey has been 8 years in the making.
WWE NXT on CW’s official Instagram account took to the social media platform and uploaded an old tweet from Blake Monroe, which she made on April 10, 2017. In the tweet, Monroe made it clear she wanted to be drafted to NXT, saying, “Draft me to nxt pls #SuperstarShakeUp”
The account then made it clear that her journey to NXT has been 8 years in the making, stating that dreams really do come true after all, saying, “Dreams do come true.” It’s clear that fans all over the world are just happy that Monroe is finally in the company she always dreamed of joining.
This comes after the former Mariah May was introduced to the NXT universe as Blake Monroe, a name that has a lot of significance to her for good reason. Monroe has already signed a multi-year deal with the company and so fans can expect her to become a megastar as soon as possible.
We will have to wait and see how WWE will book Blake Monroe in the coming weeks, as it’s very clear she is destined for greatness and fans expect her to become a world champion sooner rather than later.
