Carmelo Hayes Calls Out Offensive Meme After Fake Account Targets Him on Twitter

By | June 15, 2025

Carmelo Hayes isn’t letting racist nonsense slide.

On June 15, 2025, a parody Twitter account known as “WestleVotes” posted a meme comparing Logan Paul and Carmelo Hayes in a side-by-side photo. The image labeled Logan as “Future Goat” and placed a racial slur above Hayes’ head—sparking immediate backlash.

The account’s bio clearly states it’s a fake parody page, but that didn’t stop the post from gaining traction—and it didn’t take long for Hayes himself to fire back.

Responding directly to the offensive meme, Carmelo posted: “Idgaf if this is a meme don’t put this word over my picture”

Hayes has been one of WWE’s most prominent rising stars and isn’t known for staying silent in the face of disrespect. His tweet quickly drew support from fans who echoed his frustration with the offensive post and the fake account behind it.

While parody and satire are common online, Hayes made it clear that racist slurs have no place—joke or not. This situation also raises bigger questions about how parody accounts operate on social media, especially when real harm is caused under the label of “jokes.”

The fact that an account claiming to be a “joke” felt entitled to post something this vile is beyond disturbing. It wasn’t just tone-deaf—it was flat-out wrong, and Hayes was absolutely right to call it out publicly.
