CM Punk Says ‘See You In Court’ After Getting ‘Banned’ From Music Festival

By | September 17, 2021

CM Punk is back in the pro wrestling world after seven long years away from fans. Now that he is back, AEW is a different company. That long-awaited return to pro wrestling doesn’t come with an all-access pass to Riot Fest.

Riot Fest banned CM Punk for some reason. It became a long-running joke, and “CM Punk” is listed on big Riot Fest billboards that proclaimed other banned things like glass bottles, knives, and weed.

The festival tweeted out to assure fans that they heard about CM Punk sightings, and they have security on things.

In regards to the reports of @CMPunk sightings at Riot Fest we just want to apologize and let you know he is still banned from the festival. Security has been alerted.

The Second City Savior tweeted back in reply, “Your security is weak like you bladder. And your lawyers. See you in court! Again.”

CM Punk is known to take a person to court, so he might be serious. We’ll just have to see whether or not he wants to go through another lengthy legal battle. Yes, we know Punk was joking, but Riot Fest might not be. They seem pretty upset about Punk sneaking into their festival for years.

Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News opened the door for a new opportunity for Jenkins. With a history in finance, he broke into the journalism game by writing on blogs and other freelance websites before branching into sports and entertainment news. Being in tune with pop culture doesn’t mean it has to make sense, but he tries. Favorite bands include any group from Seattle who formed between 1991 and 1999. 5 Ozzfests under his belt and 12 Warped Tours, but his last concert was a bluegrass AC/DC cover band that was not 100% terrible.
