CM Punk’s First AEW T-Shirt Smashes Sales Record

By | August 22, 2021

CM Punk’s arrival in AEW came with a new t-shirt. He revealed one that looked a lot like his old WWE merchandise, and fans popped in a huge way when he revealed it on Rampage. Now CM Punk is cashing in big time.

Pro Wrestling Tees, the store where AEW merchandise is sold, tweeted out to inform fans that CM Punk is truly the best in the world. He now owns the sales record for most t-shirts sold in a 24 hour period.

It was not noted how many t-shirts CM Punk sold, but he holds the new record. It must have been a ton, because the record was previously held by the late, great Brodie Lee who took the title from Sting.

We’ll have to see what kind of merchandise CM Punk gets from AEW. That first t-shirt was a throwback and a banger as well. Odds are they will keep cashing in and ride the merchandise train as much as possible. If anything, we now have a new favorite t-shirt to spot in the crowd at WWE events.
