Enzo Amore Would Punch Tony Khan If Needed

By | January 5, 2022

Enzo Amore and Big Cass were one of the hottest tag teams in the WWE when they debuted on the main roster in 2016, but the two found little success until the company decided to split them. They were eventually released from their contracts in 2018.

Since them, Enzo who now goes by the name nZo has made sporadic wrestling appearances. Big Cass, on the other hand, is currently signed to Impact Wrestling where he performs under the ring name W. Morrissey.

nZo recently appeared on Busted Open Radio where talked about the difference between him and rest of the AEW roster. The former WWE Cruiserweight Champion made some bold claims, saying he won’t shy away from punching AEW President Tony Khan if need be.

“Do you know what the difference between me and all the kids that work for Tony Khan is? Want me to tell you what the difference is? I’ll tell you the difference between me and all the kids that work for Tony Khan is.

“Tony Khan says something I don’t like, I’ll punch him right in his f**king mouth. That’s the difference. I’m a real one, and I don’t give a damn who you are, I don’t work for anybody.”

nZo also talked about people wanting him and AEW star MJF to engage in a verbal spar, adding that wrestling fans want the two together in the ring because the two would deliver great promos.

“I get tagged in things all the time with this little MF’er from Long Island. People are like, ‘oh, nZo, you and MF’er will be a great promo. Well, Tony Khan, you can call my ass then if you really want to see some f**king numbers. Because you guys aren’t doing numbers until you see nZo on the screen.”

A promo war between the two would definitely be a must see. During his stint with WWE, nZo was the mouthpiece whereas Cass was the muscle. Will nZo and MJF ever make an appearance together, only time will tell.
