GUNTHER has scrubbed nearly his entire Twitter presence just weeks before stepping back into the spotlight for a huge World Heavyweight Championship clash with Jey Uso.
The former WWE Intercontinental and World Heavyweight Champion quietly deleted almost every post from his Twitter profile, leaving fans stunned. As of now, the only post visible on his feed is a single retweet from June 2022—a photo of his wife, Jinny, rocking a Yves Saint Laurent look.
Even his wrestling-related tweets and WWE career highlights are gone. The only remnants of activity are replies to Jinny, who like GUNTHER is a product of WWE’s NXT UK brand.
Fans quickly noticed the purge, speculating on what it could mean ahead of his upcoming title match. GUNTHER is scheduled to face Jey Uso later this month in a rematch from WrestleMania 41, where Uso managed to shock the WWE Universe with a clean victory over The Ring General.
This digital clean slate has sparked all kinds of theories—from a major character shift to a possible storyline reset ahead of his next chapter in WWE. But as of now, GUNTHER hasn’t issued any statement about the social media move.
