By | March 20, 2022

The pro wrestling world is always shifting and a veteran is now leaving Impact Wrestling. We will have to see where Hernandez ends up next.

IMPACT Wrestling has seen several superstars come and go. You can add Hernandez to the latter. The former LAX member says he’s finished with the promotion and was working for them on handshake agreement. The 49-year-old says the two sides parted ways on good terms.

According to a report from Fightful Select, Hernandez is no longer with the company.

Fightful has confirmed with Hernandez that for the time being, he’s finished up with the company and won’t be appearing for the brand. He clarified that things ended on good terms, and was left open ended in the event that they end up working together again in the future.

Hernandez’s profile was recently removed from IMPACT’s website as he left the company for now. We also confirmed that Hernandez didn’t have a contract during his most recent run, and was working on a handshake deal. Hernandez last wrestled for IMPACT on the January 6 edition of IMPACT.

Hernandez is perhaps best remembered for his work as one of the original members of LAX in IMPACT Wrestling. He worked on and off with the promotion on five different occasions, with 2020 being his latest and final stint. He started off as as a singles wrestler before moving on to form a tag team with Johnny Swinger.

Hernandez is the latest wrestler to leave IMPACT Wrestling. In the past several months, Larry D, Rohit Raju, Fallah Bah, and others have parted ways with the promotion. Check out Hernandez’s return match from 2020 in the clip down below.
