By | November 28, 2021

Former WWE superstar Jaxson Ryker has opened up about his recent departure from the company. The 39-year-old was given his release papers earlier this month.

In an interview with Wrestling for the Faith, the former Gunner said he does not have any resentment towards anyone for his ouster from the company. “It’s been — you know, I put a statement out man and I’m not bitter, I’m not angry,” he said. He continued, ” I’m not mad by any means. I had five fun years there where I got to do a lot of cool stuff.”

“We came to terms on the end of my contract so you know what? I look forward to the future, what God’s gonna do. I think he’s got some cool doors that are gonna open up for me and let’s just see what happens man.”

Ryker said he travelled the world as a WWE superstar and that he entertained thousands of people during his time with the company. He also compared his exit from Impact Wrestling with his departure from the WWE.

The former Forgotten Sons leader said that he was not doing well financially or religiously at the time of his exit from Impact and that it hit harder compared to his recent departure from the WWE.
