Jeff Hardy’s AEW Debut Criticized For Being Wonky & Odd

By | March 20, 2022

Jeff Hardy was released by WWE last year, which came as a shock for many. Jeff Hardy even turned down rehab prior to his firing. His AEW debut was also criticized recently.

Hardy finally debuted last week on AEW Dynamite and fans were simply too happy to see him. He reunited with his brother Matt and fans simply lost their minds after seeing them together again.

Jeff Hardy saved Matt from Andrade El Idolo, Private Party and The Butcher & The Blade. While speaking on Busted Open Radio, Bully Ray talked about Jeff Hardy’s AEW debut. He criticised it for being wonky and simply odd.

I like what I see, I think there really is something missing, I don’t know what it is. I think people just were not expecting Matt and Jeff to stand across from Darby and Sting. I think the Jeff run-in, couple of weeks ago, was a little wonky and odd from the dancing to who really was getting saved. I think there was enough people scratching their hands that I will give the Hardys an A but I would probably want to give them an A+.

Jeff and Matt Hardy successfully defeated Private Party on this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite. We’ll have to see how The Hardy Boyz will fare in AEW.
