In the footage, Naomi is seen humming “Happy Birthday” while casually inserting razor blades into a Carvel ice cream cake that reads “Happy Birthday JADE.” She then seals the box before delivering the final line: “Eat with caution,” followed by an evil laugh.
The footage is unsettling, especially in light of Naomi’s escalating storyline with Bianca Belair and her recent threats toward Cargill. The cake video posted on Cargill’s actual birthday has fans demanding WWE respond, especially after Bianca Belair previously asked “Do I need to get a restraining order?” and Naomi responded bluntly with “IDGAF⚠️”
