Priscilla Kelly, known to WWE fans as Gigi Dolin, made her in-ring return at REVOLVER Cage of Horrors on June 14th in a match against Zachary Wentz. Unfortunately, the comeback didn’t go as planned—officials were forced to stop the match after Kelly appeared to suffer a leg injury mid-bout.
This appearance marked Kelly’s first match since her WWE release in May. Fans were initially concerned the incident might be a serious injury, but Kelly took to social media to clarify what really happened—and it’s something she’s dealt with for years.
Explaining the situation in a post on X, Kelly revealed she deals with a recurring anatomical condition that affects her patella.
“My patella came out of place. It does that from time to time. It’s an anatomy issue I’ve had my whole life, and I’ve managed to always work through it, even sometimes continuing matches after it happens.”
She went on to reassure fans that this isn’t a new injury, but more of a painful inconvenience she’s familiar with handling:
“It’s not an ‘injury,’ it just hurts a good bit and I have to ‘pop’ it back in place. Now ya know. Sorry, guys.”
This match was meant to kick off her next chapter post-WWE, and fans are already eager to see what’s next. Kelly’s honesty shows just how much wear and tear wrestlers endure while pushing through pain for their craft. Hopefully, she gets to complete her in-ring return the way she envisioned.
